Dell and Alienware Makes Online Gaming Cooler

Dell and Alienware unveils the latest additions to the brands’ gaming portfolio: the new Insprion 15 7000 Gaming laptop and Alienware Aurora desktop with Intel 8th Gen six-core processor, along with high performance gaming monitors and accessories.

Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming Laptop

Offering the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 discrete graphics and NVIDIA Max Q Design technology, the new Inspiron 15 7000 runs on 7th Gen Intel quad core CPU options and dual fans to keep the system cool and quiet.

Its anti-glare IPS wide viewing angle FHD display provides excellent visual clarity, while Waves MaxxAudio Pro software delivers precise audio. The laptop’s new 2×2 WiFi antenna design provides great wireless performance, while the SmartByte software prioritises gaming and video content to keep games smooth even during large file downloads.

Apart from that, its new quick-charge battery gets up to 80% capacity within an hour and the Thunderbolt 3 multi-use port connects multiple devices to the laptop with transfers up to 40Gbps.

Alienware’s Aurora Desktop with High Performance Monitors and Peripherals

The new Alienware Aurora system is the first to be paired with the sky-blazing new desktop processor: Intel’s 8th Gen six-core CPUs, along with performance-oriented gaming monitors and peripherals. Apart from that, Alienware’s AlienFX lighting works with more than 150 titles, such as Sid Meier’s Civilisation VI, Shadow Warrior 2 and Agents of Mayhem, for in-game lighting effects.

 

Alienware Aurora Desktop (RM4,999)

 

 

The 8th Gen Intel Core delivers 40% performance boost with up to 25% more frames per second compared to the 7th Gen, which allows it to conquer popular and demanding PC games. It also features Alienware’s smallest dual-graphics mid-tower desktop that provides excellent performance and upgradability with CPU liquid cooling, overlocking and other amenities.

Apart from that, it also has customisable Alien FX lighting, premium materials such as anodised aluminium, magnesium alloy and steel reinforcement, with a chassis that allows for easy access for GPU and other upgrades.

 

Monitors

Alienware’s 34-inch Curved Gaming Monitors have either WQHD (3440×1440,) resolution (RM5,599) or WFHD (2560×1080) resolution (RM5,079) and features the iconic Alienware design with custom AlienFX lighting and ultra thin bezels to elevate gameplays. The curved monitors offer greater game immersion, integrated with NVIDIA G-SYNC technology.

Meanwhile, Alienware’s 25-inch Gaming Monitors with either the NVIDIA G-SYNC (RM2,699) or AMD FreeSync (RM2,199) offers fast, responsive gameplay with virtually no input lag, at an extremely rapid 1ms panel response time and a native 240Hz refresh rate.

It also has three preset display modes, full adjustability, single-diecast stand legs, and a seamless panoramic multi-monitor view with ultra-thin bezel in 1920×1080 resolution.

 

Keyboards

The Alienware Pro Gaming Keyboard (RM569) amplifies the gaming experience with its optional palm rest, dedicated volume roller and 13 zone-based RGB AlienFX backlit lighting options. Since a key stroke can mean the difference between winning and losing, its onboard memory adds a new level of intelligent options for assigning key stroke combinations ultimately increasing efficiency.

On the other hand, Alienware’s Advanced Gaming Keyboard (RM369) blends gamer-friendly design features and intuitive software, featuring mechanical keys with brown switches, with more precise, responsive and consistent key strokes with five keys dedicated for macro commands. Furthermore, the Alienware Control Center allow gamers the ability to configure all keys to desired commands.

 

Mice

 

As for one of the most essential parts of online gaming, Alienware’s Elite Gaming Mouse (RM429) incorporates all the game-ready innovation of its capable sibling and leverages advanced custom ability innovation with swappable grips, up to 13 programmable buttons, perfect for MMOs (massively multiplayer online games). It also has four variable levels of weight adjustment providing ultimate control over cursor precision and movement speed.

Meanwhile, Alienware’s Advanced Gaming Mouse (RM229) fuses ergonomic design for increased comfort and intelligent software with gaming-grade performance.
