Residence around Ampang, Keramat and Melawati are faced with serious disruption to their TM line, as a major telecommunication cable got cut due to a nearby highway construction. Both Unifi and phone lines are thought to be affected.

TM however was quick to send a tech team to the ground since the incident occurred at 2 am and is already starting restoration work in the area. It has cautioned however repair will take time and the team is working to have the cable repaired as quickly a possible.
