The Cresmos Hearthstone Championship Season 1 is partnering up with Blizzard to look for the best Hearthstone players in the region! There’s SGD5,000 in total up for grabs too! It’ll happen this June 16th to 24th, and registration closes June 13.
Tournament registration is limited to 256 players at a first come first serve basis. If you’re from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, as well as India you’re eligible to join. Specifically, your country of residence in your Battle.net account determines your eligibility. You can register by going to https://smash.gg/CresmosHC and register there before 10am June 13. If you’re looking to test your Hearthstone skills against others in the region, this is the best time to do so.
The tournament schedule is as follow:
- June 16: Qualifier, 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. GMT+8
- June 23: Playoffs Day 1, 10:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. GMT+8
- June 24: Playoffs Day 2, 10:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M. GMT+8
Moreover, as for the tournament format, it’ll be on the Americas server, with all matches in a 4-ban-1, best-of-five Conquest format. The qualifier will start in swiss rounds while playoffs will go with double elimination and a seeding system.
Furthermore, as for the prizes, SGD5,000 is up for grabs in the following breakdown:
- 1st: $2,500
- 2nd: $1,250
- 3rd: $500
- 4th: $250
- 5th – 8th: $125
