Covid-19: MoH Reports Over 1,000 Cases Today

Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 1,210 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 49,730 cases, with 12,788 active cases as of November 17. The 1,103 new cases are broken down as 19 imported and 1,191 domestic.

1,018 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 36,624. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 73.7 percent.

There are currently 105 cases being treated in the ICU, with 40  cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus increases by 5 to a total of 318.
