Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 89 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 11, 224 cases, with 1,124 active cases as of September 30. The 89 new cases are broken down as 3 imported and 86 domestic.

28 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 9,967. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 88.80 percent.

There are currently 16 cases being treated in the ICU, with 3 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus increases by 2 to a total of 136.
