Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 14 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 9,354 cases, with 151 active cases as of September 1. The 14 new cases are broken down as 5 imported and 9 domestic.

21 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 9, 075. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 97.2 percent.

There are currently 5 cases being treated in the ICU, with 3 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus increases by 1 to a total of 128.
