Celcom New Smartphone Plan, Now For Prepaid Users!

Celcom is offering smartphone instalments through EasyPhone – for prepaid customers. First for Malaysia, Xpax customers can get smartphones through a 24-month instalment plan, from as low as RM74 per month.

Previously only available for postpaid customers, this program is done in partnership with AEON Credit Service. EasyPhone for Prepaid offers a choice of over 30 trending models of the Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi and the iPhone 6 & iPhone 7 series.

EasyPhone for Prepaid allows easy ownership of smartphones without a credit card or any upfront payment. With each sign up for EasyPhone for Prepaid, consumers will enjoy a monthly RM30 airtime that is included as part of their total monthly instalment, for 24 months.

EasyPhone for Prepaid offers a 24-month installment plan for Xpax prepaid consumers. Customers can apply through a simplified digital application or walk into the nearest Blue Cube outlet. Working in partnership with AEON Credit, customers will have to provide documentations including information on employment status which will then be assessed by the credit risk team before approvals are meted out.
