Disclosure: The PC.com team actually saw this announcement on March 31 and was unsure if it’s an extremely convincing April Fool’s prank. Now we have confirmation it’s real!

So, Canon’s #ToyTravel (Nui Dori) campaign was really popular last year, so they are bringing a 2nd season with Pokémon as your Perfect Adventure Buddy!

Here are the details to join the contest:

#ToyTravel Adventures

#ToyTravel or Nuidori is a spontaneous and fun style of photography where toys imitate life. From selfies to creative shots, you can take photos during your travels or daily activities, together with your favourite toys and figurines.

#EOSM10Adventure Challenge

This contest is launched with a special edition EOS M10 box set, bundled with a Pikachu shoulder plush. The bundle is available in Canon Image Squares, EOS boutiques and authorise dealers across Malaysia.

From May to July, the adventure challenge runs monthly. Open to public to be at the top of the leadership board. Different themes will be announced each month, and participants need to incorporate the theme into their shots and the winner gets to win an EOS M10 kit (EF-M15-45mm) as well as a Pikachu shoulder plush or limited edition Pokemon keychains.

Winners will be chose from the top 3 on the leaderboard, and the grand prize winner will be selected by a professional photographer.
