Come January 1 next year, Canon customers wishing to send their camera or printer for service or repair in Plaza Low Yat will have to go to 4th Floor of the building to get it fixed.

Canon Marketing Customer Care centre will be moving operations to Highpoint Service Centre which is also located in the building is an established outlet that has been providing efficient services since 1999. For now customers can still send their Canon hardwares for servicing and repairs with the current centre  managing collections until 28 December 2018.

Highpoint Service Centre is located at Lot 4.20 on the 4th floor and is equipped to facilitate a wide range of repairs and support services. Through the partnership, Canon ensures that their customers will continue to receive exceptional quality and expertise in meeting their product servicing needs. Operating hours will be from 10.30 am to 9.00 pm daily.
