ViewSonic Corp. is adding a new 38-inch curved monitor to its VP series professional monitor line, designed to deliver the ultimate performance for the most demanding professionals and prosumers for colour critical applications.
According to Chaw Foo Hong, Country Manager of ViewSonic Malaysia, the ViewSonic VP3881 is built to deliver an immersive experience and colour accurate performance. “With the addition of this curved model, we are adding an even more immersive solution to our competitive line of colour accurate professional VP series monitors,” he explains.
With its rich 3840×1600 resolution, the new curved display features an ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ratio and a 2300R curve, delivering an immersive viewing experience, ideal for video editing, multimedia design and other colour-critical applications.
Its 3-sided frameless SuperClear IPS panel also makes it a viable option for creating high-quality content that relies on accurate colour and can even be utilised in place of a dual-monitor setup by providing extra screen real-estate to streamline the management of multiple projects at one time.
Not only that, it is also equipped with ViewSonic’s exclusive ViewSplit software, allowing users to manage multiple tasks and projects by automatically splitting the screen into organised windows.
For a little something extra, its connectivity options include a 4-port USB hub with USB Type C, Dual HDMI 2.0 and is DisplayPort1.4 HDR ready, all with future-proof HDCP2.2 decryption and power charging functionality from Type-C.
The VP3881 is currently available at an estimated MSRP of RM4,999.
