Avanade has introduced seven new Microsoft-powered artificial intelligence (AI) services to help mid-market organisations in Malaysia and across Asia Pacific accelerate growth and thrive in the AI era. This follows the company’s earlier initiatives in Malaysia, including the launch of Southeast Asia’s first generative AI lab in Kuala Lumpur.
The new services aim to support businesses with AI-driven solutions, focusing on productivity, customer engagement, and revenue generation. They offer enterprise-grade technology tailored to the specific needs of mid-market organisations, addressing the challenges of limited resources and strategic guidance.
Research from Avanade revealed that 84% of mid-market leaders in Asia Pacific fear losing their competitive edge without AI adoption, with 95% speeding up their legacy modernisation efforts due to AI.

The services include tools for accelerating revenue generation, AI-powered migration to Microsoft Azure, modernising ERP systems, and enhancing data and threat protection. These offerings are designed to drive digital transformation, boost business growth, and support organisations in leveraging AI to unlock new opportunities.
Avanade President (Asia Pacific) Bhavya Kapoor highlighted the importance of mid-market organisations in driving economic growth in the region. Microsoft’s Rachel Bondi stressed the value of AI in fostering innovation and expanding businesses. The services are available now across Asia Pacific.
