Avanade unveiled new services to facilitate businesses’ transition towards an AI-first approach. This suite of services aims to enable organisations to responsibly innovate and work with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
“With the rapid evolution of generative AI technology, expectations from businesses have soared,” the company said in a statement.
“Avanade’s Trendlines research shows that 85 percent of organisations anticipate AI to boost revenue growth by 2025, and more than two-thirds expect AI to drive up to 16 percent growth in global annual revenue. Yet, the study also revealed that only 36 percent of business and IT leaders are confident that their organisations have adequate measures in place to mitigate potential AI risks. Nearly half admitted to lacking specific guidelines or policies for responsible AI use.”
To address these gaps, Avanade has designed two new services:
The Avanade AI Organisational Readiness Framework offers a detailed AI readiness assessment across various domains within an organisation. The service includes executive coaching, tailored employee training, and an innovative “AI control tower” packed with cloud-based tools, dashboards and resources.
The Avanade AI Governance Quick Start Service is aimed at ensuring responsible AI governance by helping leaders translate corporate values into AI ethical use guidelines and practices. It enables proactive risk assessment for AI projects and bolsters existing governance processes to manage and reduce AI risks effectively.
Jillian Moore, Global Head of Advisory at Avanade (left in above pic), highlighted the importance of adopting an AI-first mindset, emphasising that AI readiness is a continuous journey.
Meanwhile, Bhavya Kapoor, Southeast Asia Managing Director of Avanade (right in pic), echoed the sentiment, stating that by evaluating AI readiness and establishing an ethical technology framework, organisations can ensure their digital advancement aligns with their core values.
The company is already collaborating with Page Group, employing generative AI to augment its workforce capabilities. Alex Bates, Managing Director, Group Data, Insights and Activation at PageGroup, stressed the value of having a framework that facilitates fast learning, enabling the optimal use of AI while ensuring security and transparency.
These new services join Avanade’s existing portfolio of generative AI strategy workshops, which range from two-hour sessions to six-week strategy proof of concept engagements.
