Best Buy the biggest tech retail chain in the US has put up a notification on the availability of the AppleCare and AppleCare+ insurance products at its stores beginning September 14th according to 9to5Mac website. The date could be a tie in with another big announcement that might take place a week before.

The official launch date for iPhone 6s and other new services is yet to be revealed, but going by past records the iPhone 6 was launched on September 14th 2014 so there is a correlation to the series of events shoring up to this significant date. Incidentally this year the date falls on a Monday. Rumoured to be more robust from the previous iteration, the iPhone 6s will have similar design and certain inside parts as last years model with added features of course, expect to see the introduction of force touch brought over from the AppleWatch, how it works is, press hard on the screen over an app and it will reveal added features layered under. Speed is of the essence- you can surely bet higher specs to be included rendering much faster processing power and better surfing. Whether there will be an upgrade for the iPhone 6+ to 6s+ is still out there, Note 5 beaten Apple to it with an early release date and to be available by first week of September however fans might be seen holding off to see what Cupertino has up its sleeves before deciding on a phablet of choice.

As for Applecare, its a one year repair coverage package for iPhone users to have their phone repairs/issues solved, this is the first time Apple is extending this service outside their own network of outlets. Partnership with Best Buy started when the tech retail stores first carried AppleWatch.
