Huawei Malaysia released the pricing and availability of their seven new products released for Q4 2018.
The base model Huawei Mate 20 will be available from 27th October 2018, at a price of RM2,799. Early birds will receive a Huawei Soundstone which is a wireless, waterproof Bluetooth speaker. The available colours are Black and Midnight Blue.
The Mate 20 Pro, released simultaneously, will be bundled with a free 15W wireless charger. The Pro will be priced at RM3,599 and will be available in Emerald Green, Twilight and the classic Black.
These freebies will be available until the end of 2018.
Huawei will also be holding roadshows at three different locations around the country;
- Queensbay Mall, Penang
- Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur
- Aeon Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru
If you join the roadshow, there will be freebies to get if you get in line early.
The Mate 20 X, the biggest sibling of the three, will be released later on 11th November 2018, at RM3,199 and will come with free flip cover case and the M-Pen accessory. The 20 X will be available in Midnight Blue and Phantom Silver.
Moving on to the laptops, the Matebook X Pro and Matebook D, the pricing is as follows;
Matebook X Pro with Intel i7 processor, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, will have the starting price of RM6,999. The younger sibling Matebook X Pro with i5 processor will start at RM4,999.
The more affordable Matebook D will start at a more modest RM2,999 with Bluetooth mouse and bag.
Huawei will also launch its new watch models, the Watch GT and Talk Band B5. The Watch GT, being a premium device (quite closely matching Apple’s Watch) will retail for RM999, while the smaller Talk Band B5 will come in at RM699.
