Android O is coming!

Well, the beta should be out soon, seeing that Android Nougat Beta programme has just ended.

All devices that had opted to be in the Android Nougat Beta programme have been updated to the latest public version, Android 7.1.2. This means that no further builds will be pushed to devices in the coming days, but the coming Beta version of Android O will hit registered devices soon.

Android O beta is expected to roll out in time for Google I/O 2017, in May. The developer preview launched back in March, with second preview expected this month together with the beta release. According to the first preview, Android O should come with better stability and performance to the OS.
