All-New MSI GAMING GT75 Titan with Intel 8th Generation Core i9 CPU

With Intel just launching its new Intel 8th Generation mobile CPUs, new laptops are definitely on the way; thusly, MSI GAMING has stepped up to the plate by launching the all-new MSI GAMING GT75 Titan. After all, it’s only a matter of time before next-gen laptops appear. Of course, the most powerful entry, the Intel 8th Generation Core i9-8950K, roars within the all-new MSI GAMING GT75 Titan. Coming along for the ride are two other gaming laptops: the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin and GE Raider RGB.

The most exciting of the bunch is the all-new MSI GAMING GT75 Titan. Packing the latest Intel 8th Generation Core i9-8950HK, it also sports discrete graphics, specifically the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070. This can scale up to the NVIDIA Geforce GTx 1070 SLI or GTX 1080, depending on the SKU. This empowered laptop runs on a 17.3-inch screen with either 1080p or 4K resolution, as well as 120Hz refresh rate. It also packs a Rapid Mechanical RGB Keyboard by SteelSeries.

The unlocked Intel 8th Generation Core i9-8950HK, along with the NVIDIA top-range graphics makes this laptop an absolute beast. With the MSI Cooler Boost Titan cooling system, the all-new MSI GAMING GT75 Titan claims it can really push; specifically up to 70% performance increase compared to the previous systems that run on Intel Core i7. Gamers who want to record and stream their gameplay no longer need a full desktop battle-station if they have this.

Other features include: two M.2 SSD Combo (NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 / SATA); one M.2 SSD (NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4) and a 2.5-inch HDD; single ThunderBolt 3; five Type-A USB 3.1; a HDMI and mini-DisplayPort pairing; Killer DoubleShot Pro with 10Gbps Killer Ethernet; and Killer Wireless-AC 1550.

While the spotlight may be elsewhere, the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin is by no means an inferior machine. Roaring inside is the Intel 8th Generation Core i7-8700H. It tag-teams with 32GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 (up to GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5). All that pairs with the MSI Cooler Boost Trinity cooling system, ensuring the heat is always running on low It’s also the first gaming laptop to have a 144Hz 7ms IPS display that comes with only 4.9mm bezels; the end result is having the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin offer an impressive 82% screen-to-body ratio for its screen.

MSI GAMING also breaks some of gaming laptop stereotype designs with the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin. It comes with a golden accent and trim, and weighs only 1.8kg. Despite its tiny size, it still has a battery life of over eight hours. There’s also a RGB keyboard that packs in proper optimisation from SteelSeries.

Other features include: PCIe Gen3 x4 SSD and SATA SSD storage; two 2W Dynaudio (Hi-Res Audio, Nahimic 3); three USB 3.1 Type-A; a single Thunderbolt (Type-C USB 3.1); one HDMI 2.0; a mini-DisplayPort 1.2; a Mic-in and Headphone-out array; and Killer LAN E2500 and Killer1550+BT5 in the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 variant. Now this, it’s the one everyone has been waiting for this since it first appeared at CES 2018. This next-gen MSI Raider takes its inspiration from sports cars and the love of RGB hues from PC gamers. There is RGB lights everywhere – on the top cover and keyboard, even the USB ports. The top cover itself has 24 separate zones of RGB lighting, with over 16.8 million colors available.

Under the hood, users can to the latest 8th Gen Intel i7 processors. The Raider comes with either the NVIDIA GTX 1070 or 1060. Interestingly, users can opt for a 120Hz refresh rate display (Full HD or 4K) to complement the GPU. It also comes with the MSI Cooler Boost 5, comprising dual-fans and seven copper heats-pipes. All of that should be keeping temperatures low and frame-rates high. For those who can afford it, there is the powered spec-up that feature the 32GB DDR4 RAM. Like the other two offerings, this improved MSI Raider also comes with Killer LAN networking.

Other features operating within: one USB Type-C USB 3.1; three USB Type-A USB 3.1; a HDMI (4K@60Hz) with mini-DisplayPort array; single RJ-45 Killer LAN; one SD XC/HC reader slot; and a Mic-in and Headphone-out (HiFi / SPDIF) port.
