According to sources, Microsoft has been developing a new feature for Windows 10 that locks the PC up when its user isn’t around. This proximity-based locking system is called Dynamic Lock, but the team at Microsoft refers to it as ‘Windows Goodbye’.

Nothing much has been confirmed but it’ll likely utilise Windows Hello compatible hardware and software to work. As far a release date is concerned, the closest information out is that Microsoft may package it as part of the Creators Update in April.
