Snap Inc., the company behind the very successful Snapchat app were rumoured to be opening a new International Headquarters in London after a UK address was spotted on a bill from the company. It turns out that the company had just changed the way it paid taxes on advertising revenue from the UK to make sure it paid its taxes there.

Good for them. While a lot of large multinational companies avoid taxes like the plague, it’s nice to see someone being financially responsible.

So, no. No new International HQ for Snap in London. Just the one in Venice, California.
