Dyson has introduced its first portable handheld fan in Malaysia with the launch of the Dyson HushJet Mini Cool Fan, expanding its personal cooling range with a device designed for use on the move, at the office or as a wearable accessory.
Priced at RM499, the fan weighs 212g and is powered by a brushless DC motor capable of spinning at up to 65,000rpm, delivering airflow speeds of up to 25 metres per second. It offers five airflow settings alongside a Boost mode and provides up to six hours of battery life on a full charge.
Dyson said the HushJet nozzle is engineered to deliver focused airflow while reducing turbulence and lowering high-frequency noise for quieter operation.
Chief Engineer Jake Dyson said the new product builds on the company’s airflow engineering expertise developed since 2009.

The Dyson HushJet Mini Cool fan is the culmination of that journey: powerful airflow, engineered for life on the move by bringing elite cooling technology from every home to your hand.”
The HushJet Mini Cool Fan is available in Ink/Cobalt, Stone/Blush and Carnelian/Sky finishes. It comes with a neck dock, charging stand, USB-C charging cable and travel pouch, while optional accessories include a universal mount and grip clip.
The product is now available through Dyson stores and its official online channels while stocks last.
