Hotlink has expanded its Travel SIM range with a new 7-day plan priced at RM25, aimed at short-term tourists seeking affordable high-speed connectivity across multiple ASEAN countries.

The new plan offers uncapped speed with unlimited 5G internet usage in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, alongside unlimited calls within Malaysia. It is designed to complement existing 15-day and 30-day Travel SIM options for longer stays.

Hotlink said the introduction of the 7-day option provides greater flexibility for travellers on short getaways, allowing them to stay connected without committing to longer validity plans.

Under the full Travel SIM lineup, the 7-day plan comes with 40GB fair usage policy, while the 15-day plan priced at RM35 includes 100GB FUP and is also available as an eSIM via the Hotlink app. The 30-day plan priced at RM64 offers 400GB FUP and includes complimentary live sports streaming via Sooka.

All prices include 6% SST for non-Malaysian users.

The Travel SIMs are available for purchase at Maxis Centres located at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 as well as Langkawi International Airport and Penang International Airport along with selected tourist hubs.

Hotlink said the expansion reflects growing demand for flexible, short-duration connectivity options among international visitors across Malaysia and the wider region.
