Customers can now order the new Huawei P40 and P40 Pro from the safety of their homes with Digi’s phone ownership programme, PhoneFreedom 365 (PF365), which is now available online.

With PhoneFreedom 365:

To make it convenient for customers who are interested to purchase the new Huawei phones during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, Digi has also extended the PhoneFreedom 365 service online.

Simply follow the steps listed below and be the owner of Huawei P40 or P40 Pro:

Step 1: Visit digi.com.my and select ‘Phones’.

Step 2: You will see Phone Freedom 365 displayed. Choose the model that is ‘Available Online’ and
select ‘Buy Now’.

Step 3: Select your preferred phone model and number.

Step 4: Select one type of registration (New line/Switch to Digi/Change of Plan)

Step 5: Key in your IC number for New Registrations, then select a phone number. For port-in, IC and mobile phone numbers are required to be keyed in.

Step 6: Select the rate plan of choice and payment option (Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash – online banking)

Step 7: Your device pricing, rate plan and advanced payment as per your eligibility will be summarised for the model selected. Check your details to ensure its accuracy, then select ‘Proceed’.

Step 8: Once confirmed, key in your personal details, shipping, billing address and contact details for deliver. Select ‘Proceed to Payment’.

Step 9: Confirm your details once more. Select ‘Checkout’. You will be routed to iPay88 for verification and the TAC will be sent to the customer.

Step 10: You will receive an order confirmation email. Your invoice will be sent to you.

And that’s it. All you have to do now is prepar to receive your shipment within the estimated shipping time and enjoy your device!
