Crayon joins the Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider program to serve in Malaysia and Singapore. As a Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider, Crayon plans to support its clients to drive digital transformation and to optimise ROI from cloud and complex technology investments.

By using a Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider, customers and partners using custom-developed or third-party ISV applications certified on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and other Red Hat solutions can have greater confidence that these applications will function as expected when using them on a public cloud or managed service provider.

Crayon customers will benefit from Cloud-iQ, which is a comprehensive one-stop shop, self-service portal, enabling customers to deploy and accurately manage an agile procurement and provisioning strategy across multiple cloud technologies.

Partners and customers can also engage with Crayon’s Digital 360 model. It is a framework for digital transformation, aimed at helping guide organisations on their digitisation journeys. The framework is aligned with worldwide industry standards, open and commonly accepted frameworks and methodologies, and it serves as the foundation on which Crayon engages with customers and partners.

Cloud provider models have expanded beyond multi-tenant public clouds to include private cloud build-outs, Linux container-based infrastructure and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions, and the Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider programme was created to offer additional flexibility to help solution providers better meet customer needs for cloud-based Red Hat technologies. 

 The Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider designation is awarded to Red Hat partners following validation by Red Hat. Each provider must meet testing and certification requirements to demonstrate that it can deliver a safer, scalable, supported and consistent environment for enterprise cloud deployments.
