In celebration of Merdeka, Netflix is showcasing their Bebas Bersama Netflix campaign, a diverse offering of Malaysian content for viewers around the world. Some of the other Malaysian titles now streaming include – Polis Evo I, Polis Evo 2, Fly By Night Till Death: Azalea’s Wrath, Munafik 2, Hantu Kak Limah, Paskal, Pulang, Jagat, and the multiple award winning Crossroads: One Two Jaga – demonstrating Netflix’s commitment to its Malaysian viewers. 

To commemorate this, they sent us a Malaysian favourite, sambal! But not just any sambal.. Aunty Lian’s Ikan Bilis Sambal. Lian is the Malaysian chef that defeated the great Gordon Ramsay in a nasi lemak challenge.
