Netflix has confirmed the release date for Stranger Things season 3 which will coincide with US Independence Day, July 4th.

The association with the particular date and the key showing celebratory images leaves much to wonder about the fate of the young kids. Filled with pop culture references, the series set in the 80’s delves into science fiction, aliens and secret government agency. The popularity of the first two season gives ammunition for the show to continue on a the Netflix streaming platform, where its known to cut-off budgets for non-performing series and ending their seasons just like that.
