If you are anything like me (I highly advise against it), you would know that I loathe exercise. After receiving my second fitness watch in three months, I’m highly certain my editor is trying to send me a message. I decided to take the headphones out for a run around my neighbourhood, in hopes that I do not appear on the front page of the local newspaper with my intestines splattered all over the windshield. For people like me, I love turning my volume all the way up because I don’t care about rupturing my ear drum. In all seriousness, once the headphones reach full volume, it does get a bit hard to hear the surroundings around you. It could just be my shattered eardrums, I may never fully know.

Whether it was my defeated and worn-out facial expression or the fact I look like a fusion between a hipster and runner, is beyond me.
