ZTE Malaysia announces the arrival of ZTE Acqua, which is ICS ready right out of the box. This latest smartphone is a continuation of the ZTE Skate series. According to the company, five million units of the Skate have been sold worldwide and the company expects much more encouraging sales from the Acqua.

The Acqua is a 1GHz single-core processor with 4GB internal memory. It also supports up to 32GB microSD card if there is the need for more memory. In addition to this, the phone also features a 5MP camera with auto-focus, flash, 1.6x digital zoom and various camera effects.
In conjunction with the launch of this new smartphone, ZTE also appoints Ingenuity Solutions Berhad as its dole local vendor for mobile devices. The signing ceremony between Low Gah Luen, Executive Director of Ingenuity and Eric Wang, Managing Director of ZTE Malaysia marks the beginning of a long-term partnership.
