Xiaomi will open its biggest retail outlet in Southeast Asia at The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur, on July 26, 2025, marking its second flagship store in Malaysia.

The new store will feature more than 250 SKUs, including smartphones, AIoT devices and smart home solutions, and will be the first Xiaomi outlet in Malaysia to provide on-site after-sales support.

Eddie Huang, Country Manager of Xiaomi Malaysia, said the expansion aims to offer a “more holistic retail experience” while reinforcing Xiaomi’s commitment to accessibility and customer service.

Opening day will feature exclusive promotions, giveaways and flash hour deals. Shoppers can expect discounts on selected products, rebates of up to RM500, and free gifts such as the Redmi Pad Pro WiFi and Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact with selected purchases.

Limited-time deals include the Xiaomi TV Max 100 2025 at a promotional price of RM12,499, alongside flash sales on products like the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10+, Xiaomi Watch S3 and Redmi Buds 5 series.

Special Mix & Match promotions on AIoT products will also run from 26 July to 3 August, offering discounts of up to RM1,320 on limited sets daily.

Customers who check in at the store and upload their visit on social media will receive a free gift, while spend-and-redeem programmes will offer exclusive items for purchases of RM199 and above.
