TPV, the company behind AOC monitors, unveils new products for 2013. The latest AOC 69V series AH-IPS monitors and 21:9 Cinema Monitor Q2963M monitors for work and multimedia consumption.

The 69V series comes with Advanced MHL Connector and Built-in Stereo Speakers for mobile entertainment. It is integrated with In-Plane Switching (AH – IPS) technology for better colour accuracy and greater light transmission from all viewing angles. Using Clear Vision image performance engine, it can convert Standard Definition to High Definition.

Through the MHL connection, it offers users a way to directly connect smartphones or other mobile electronic devices to the monitor. At the same time, the MHL connector also charges the smartphone while it mirrors the display to the bigger screen. At the same time, the HDMI port is also compatible with gaming consoles such as PS3 and Xbox 360.

Aside from this, the monitor is also made to use in dual or multiple monitor setups. The VESA Wall Mount also allows users to place these monitors on the wall aside from it being on the table. The combined monitor will also have less restriction because of the narrow bezel employed by AOC.

Power consumption can also be reduced thanks to its e-Saver technology, which enable the user to set the monitors to a lower power configuration when the attached device is in screen saver mode or powered off. A timer can be set to automatically turn off the monitor after a user defined interval.

Moving away from the series and to the 21:9 aspect ratio of AOC Q2963PM, it is a widescreen monitor for consuming multimedia content like movies and more wrapped in a titanium finish. Users can make use of Screen+ software to enjoy a Multi Task Worktable whereby the desktop splits into up to four adjacent panes, each displaying a different application window.

Furthermore, the monitor supports the latest DisplayPort input and can interconnect multiple displays to create a daisy-chain configuration. Equipped with Picture in Picture and Picture by Picture functions, the Q2963PM allows users to view different sources of display at once.
