U Mobile and Pos Malaysia sign strategic partnership

U Mobile and Pos Malaysia has recently launched a partnership that will allow their postpaid customers to pay their bills via Pos Malaysia outlets. This partnership effectively increases the number of outlets that U Mobile’s postpaid customers are able to pay their bills at over 700 Pos Malaysia outlets nationwide. In addition to that, they can also pay their bills via Pos Malaysia’s new automated payment kiosks, POS24 which are located in selected branches and even online via the Pos Malaysia web portal.

The alliance, which is the latest in U Mobile’s strategy to deliver superior customer experience was formalised by Dr. Kaizad Heerje, Chief Executive Officer of U Mobile and Dato’ Syed Faisal Albar, Group Managing Director of Post Malaysia.

Speaking at the launch, Dr Kaizad says, “U Mobile is committed to ensuring our customers receive the best value in products and mobile services, as well as a strong focus on their touch points with U Mobile. This partnership with Pos Malaysia immediately enhances convenience and accessibility to payment channels.

U Mobile post-paid customers can pay through Pos Malaysia immediately. Transactions are on a cash-only basis.  To pay through the automated payment machine, bills must have a minimum value of RM10.00.
