Insure360 caters to individuals in search of affordable and customizable Critical Illness and Medical Insurance coverage. The platform offers basic and tailor-made insurance products, allowing users to address their specific health insurance needs. With premiums starting as low as RM10 per month, it provides a cost-effective solution for those seeking medical and critical illness coverage during crucial moments.
The flexibility of Insure360 is evident in its two options, both available without the need for a medical examination. Users can choose between different insurance products and plan options or opt for the convenient 2-in-1 bundle, providing coverage for both Critical Illness and Medical Insurance.
Key features of Insure360 include coverage for hospitalization expenses and a lump sum payout of up to RM100,000 in the event of a critical illness diagnosis. Additionally, users receive a lifestyle assistance allowance, ensuring a financial safety net during challenging times. The insurance premium varies based on age and gender and is renewable yearly up to the age of 70.
Insure360 users gain access to AIA’s Personal Medical Case Management Service, connecting them with leading specialists for medical and treatment advice based on a reviewed diagnosis. The platform also facilitates cashless admission at AIA panel hospitals nationwide, streamlining procedures for users undergoing hospitalization. Claims can be conveniently submitted online through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and once approved, payments are instantly deposited into the user’s provided bank account.
To be eligible for Insure360, individuals must be eKYC-verified users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, aged between 18 and 50, and either permanent residents, work permit holders, pass holders, or legally employed individuals residing in Malaysia.
