Toshiba unveiled its latest TD-U UltraSeries professional grade 4K Ultra HD Display, designed specifically for the commercial market. Screen sizes varies from the super-large 85-inch to 98-inch.
Scott Ramirez, vice president of product marketing and development, Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Digital Products Division, commented on the unveiling: “The introduction of the TD-U UltraSeries marks another major step in Toshiba’s ongoing commitment to commercial digital display solutions. Toshiba is focusing on true commercial display with robust quality, full feature and connectivity sets, strong warranty, and unwavering support to ensure that we meet all of the needs of this demanding market.”
The specifications of the latest UltraSeries includes: 24/7 operation, landscape and portrait orientation, 3,840 x 2,160 4K Ultra HD resolution, 120Hz panel refresh rate and 500 Nits brightness, Toshiba TD-U UltraSeries is at the top of the class. Toshiba’s innovative Quad Screen Mode can segment the screen into four separate 1080p images, without the need of an external switcher.
Built with durable metal cabinet with rear carry handles, the television have full connectivity with 4 HDMI® Inputs, DisplayPort, VGA, Audio In/Out, RS232C, LAN, and IR Port, and even offers input priority for failover support.
According to Toshiba, the TD-U UltraSeries is now available with a hefty price tag of US$ 15,999.99 (RM 65,079).
