realme Malaysia have added to their roster of affordable smartphones with their latest realme 6 Pro. The phone has been in the pipelines for a while now, but it’s officially available in Malaysia.

The realme 6 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch IPS FHD+ display that’s capable of a 90Hz refresh rate and a 120Hz touch sampling rate. Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor, 8GB of RAM, 128GB storage and a well sized 4300mAh battery capable of a 30W fast charge.

On the rear, the realme 6 Pro sports a quad camera setup of a 64MP main camera, 12MP telephoto lens, 8MP wide angle shooter and a 2MP macro lens. For their selfies, there’s a dual-camera setup consisting of a 16MP main camera and 8MP wide angle lens.

So far, it’s looking to be an attractive offer. Especially when you consider the RM1399 price point, but if is pricier than its predecessors, so there’s that to consider. But overall, it’s a welcome smartphone to see when prices are increasing astronomically, so realme’s ‘budget-friendly’ image remains unscathed, and possibly heightened in the current climate.

The device will be available on realme’s official Lazada store from May 12, and will be widely available from May 16.
