The Last Of Us arguably one of the most influential, and best games on PlayStation. Developer Naughty Dog has been hounded (haha) to share the release date of the game for the longest time, and now they finally have. The game is set to release on February 21st, 2020, and that’s not that far off. On why it took so long for them to even tell us the release date, they had this to say in a Playstation Blog post.
“Even though we’ve been eager to share more about and tell you its release date, we wanted to wait until we were close to wrapping up production and we were confident in the date itself. We have a bunch of new stuff to share with you today… starting with the fact that on February 21, 2020 the Last of Us Part II can finally be in your hands.”
The trailer looks pretty sick, and I’m pretty excited to check out the next iteration of the game. However, it does seem the game has taken a slight detour from the zombie killing, towards more human combat.
Well, ‘Clickers’ as the zombies are called in the game, might be featured less than the first part of The Last Of Us. The story shows Ellie, and what seems to be avenging her lover after a group humans kills/tortured her to death.
It’ll be interesting to see what the hells been going on in the game, and we even got to see a look of Joel who IS coming back. Can’t wait to check the game out, honestly. And if you were curious on how much this is gonna cost you, the game will be available in five editions. this will be the Standard for $59.99(RM 250), Special Edition for $79.99 (RM 334), the Digital Deluxe Edition, Collector’s Edition, and Ellie Edition.
