After three days of intense battle, Team TyLoo emerged victoriously in the CS:GO Minor Championship ASIA, a joint collaboration by eGG Network and PGL, held at the Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, Johor, Malaysia from October 28th – 30th 2016.
Team TyLoo went home with a prize pool of US$30,000 and a secured place in the offline qualifier for the next CS:GO Major (ELEAGUE Major Atlanta 2017) together with Team Renegades who secured second position and clinched US$15,000. Meanwhile, Team VG CyberZen took the third place and won US$5,000
A total of the top eight teams across Asia Pacific took part in the CS:GO Minor Championship ASIA namely TyLoo, Renegades, Athletico BH, Team NXL, MVP Project, FireDragoon eSports, VG.CyberZen and Team BOT.
The three-day tournament took place at the Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, Johor, Malaysia. ESports fans also managed to catch the live broadcast of the tournament on www.twitch.tv/pgl and eGG Network (Astro channel 808), Astro on the Go and Tribe.
