Spawn Is The Latest & Final Entry To The Mortal Kombat 11 Roster; Prepare To Be Skinned Alive

Looks like the next and final add-on character to Mortal Kombat 11 is going to be Todd McFarlane’s Spawn. Spawn will be the final character in the fighter’s Kombat Pack, and will be released March 17th in early access and on March 24th for everyone else.

In the trailer above, you can check out some of Spawn’s gameplay as he demolishes combatants with an array of weapons varying from his ax, a sword, his chains, and even some assault rifles. He seems to have the world under that cape. Spawn will be the sixth and final DLC character added into Mortal Kombat 11, alongside Shang Tsung, Sindel, The Joker, Terminator T-800 and Nightwolf.

In addition to Spawn coming into the Mortal Kombat universe, the end of the trailer also showed off some new skins for Nightwolf, Jacqui Briggs, and Erron Black. Jacqui also seems to be getting her own Spawn skin, which looks quite intimidating.

Overall not a bad final entry for the Mortal Kombat universe, but it does kinda suck that we have to pay to access a character. However, considering the game has been around for almost a year, it’s a considerable amount of content and after release support.

The final thing I do want to say is, is that Spawn’s Fatality is brutal. I mean seriously, dude literally skinned Scorpion alive, and went under his creepy cape to fully destroy him. Wonder what the rest of his fatalities look like. Guess I’ll be finding out on March 17th!
