Southco Asia Ltd is expanding its line of Electronic Access Solutions with an access controller, known as the Bluetooth Lock Controller, that allows Bluetooth-enabled devices to be used as a credential for wirelessly actuating an electronic lock. This is achieved by sending virtual keys to a smart device via remote web portal from any computer that is connected to the Internet.

The controller provides wireless control and monitoring of intelligent locks without having to physically connect to a network or install, manage and maintain software. The system features multi-level encryption with the ability to read a smartphone from 30 feet away.

With the VIZpin app, virtual keys can be assigned and managed to provide a secure cloud-based platform for remote management of user access to the controller. When logged into the secure web portal, the admin has the option to add or delete electronic keys in real time and grant access to authorised users during a specified time frame.
