HTC recently opened its new HTC Service Centre at Berjaya Times Square, located at Level 7 Lot 7-45, as part of its expansion strategy in enhancing its customer service performance. SK Wong, Country Manager, HTC Malaysia and Jinson Chiang, Head of Global Customer Service Operations, HTC, were present to officiate the opening of the centre.
Acting as a point of liaison for both HTC partners and users, the new HTC Service Centre offers after-sales services, training support, customer bonus and product redemption services as well as an experiential corner. It will be the primary location where the general public can go to if they want to check out HTC’s latest device offerings.
“Besides focusing on creating the best premium handheld devices, we hope to delight our partners and users by putting them first before anything else. The continued enhancements to our customer service offerings is a testament of our commitment to upkeep our promise. The new centre will provide our stakeholders with easier access to reliable and friendly customer care services complement the product and service innovations that we are known for,” says Chiang.
