Samsung’s New TVs Know You Better Than You Know Yourself

Samsung Malaysia Electronics has launched its 2025 lineup of AI-powered televisions and soundbars, headlined by the debut of Vision AI – a platform that enables hyper-personalised and intuitive smart TV experiences.

With deep learning capabilities, Vision AI allows screens to interpret environmental and behavioural context in real time. The technology includes Universal Gesture controls, enabling navigation using Galaxy Watch7 wrist movements, and features like Generative Wallpaper, ambient light adjustments, and emotional recognition for tailored user engagement.

The flagship Neo QLED 8K model (QN990F), powered by the new NQ8 AI Gen3 processor, offers 8K AI upscaling, AI-enhanced motion and depth features, and an ultra-slim design. Vision AI technology also extends across Samsung’s broader TV range, including Neo QLED 4K, OLED and QLED models.

The Frame Pro, now with Neo QLED Mini LED and omnidirectional wireless connectivity, turns TVs into dynamic art displays with curated pieces from global institutions like MoMA and access to monthly refreshed artwork through Art Store Streams.

On the audio front, the updated Q-Series soundbars include Wireless Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony. New features include smaller subwoofers, adaptive output modes, and SpaceFit Sound Pro, which calibrates audio to room acoustics.

With SmartThings integration, Samsung’s 2025 TVs now function as connected home hubs. Enhanced by the latest Tizen OS, features include a 3D Map View of smart devices, real-time alerts, and smart care settings for families and pets.

The new lineup is available for pre-order until June 1, with rewards including premium soundbars and customisable bezels, plus further discounts for Reservation+ voucher holders.
