Samsung US President Confronts Galaxy Note 7 Issues

galaxyote7newWith the Galaxy Note 7 problem deepening and even causing the company to lose billion in valuation on the stock market, Samsung has chosen its US lead, Tim Baxter, President & COO of Samsung Electronics America, to address the  consumers on the on going compensation program and the formal voluntary recall of the Galaxy Note7 in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Samsung confirms that new Note7 replacement devices will be available in the United States at most retail locations no later than September 21, 2016.  Accordung to a report in ZDnet, the new replacement will have a green battery indicator on the top corner of the screen of the usual white.
