Samsung is expanding the mid and low range Galaxy J series by adding 2 new models the J2 Prime and J1 Mini Prime to the growing family of the series.

With J7, J5, J3, J1 Ace, J7 Prime and J5 Prime and now J2 and J1 Mini Prime, the range is Samsung’s arsenal to quell the rising demands for Chinese smartphones dominating the sub 2k sector. Brands like OPPO, Vivo, Honor and Xioami enjoy substantial interest among consumers who opt for affordability and camera megapixels rather than name. With the introduction of these entry models, Samsung seeks to make the phones within reaches of the masses.

The J1 Mini Prime is reputed to be a 4.0 inch dual sim android phone targeted at entry level users with a price of RM299 while the 5.0 inch J2 Prime is priced at RM499.
