Samsung recently announced two new camera sensors from their ISOCELL brand. One of them was a 64 megapixel image sensor that seemed aimed to one-up Sony’s 48 megapixel IMX586. It seemed like a perfect fit, for the new sensor to be included in their new premium flagship. The phone still haven’t been announced but it will be sometime this year. But according to notorious leaker, @UniverseIce, the Note 10 won’t feature the 64 MP sensor.
Samsung released the 64MP ISOCELL image sensor, which is the largest pixel resolution in the mobile phone industry. It is expected to be mass-produced in the second half of the year. It is likely that the Galaxy A will be the first to adopt it in the second half of the year. pic.twitter.com/nfF4o4ckpE

To be sure, Samsung Note10 will not use 64MP CMOS

Ice Universe has been a credible source of leaks for a while now, but this one has got people hoping he’d be wrong. It’s only natural to think that Samsung would include their best sensor, in their best phone of the year, the Note 10. Otherwise, what would’ve been the use of its development? If so, Samsung would have to use their 48MP ISOCELL Bright GM2, but that’d make the Note 10 on par with Sony. However, something to keep in mind for all you Samsung fans out there, is that Megapixels don’t mean everything. It’s practically, just a number. Look at the Pixel 3 for instance, which sports a single 12.2 MP camera setup. But even then, the Pixel 3 is touted as one of the best smartphone cameras in the market right now.
That being said, we’re still excited about the Note 10, even if it doesn’t feature that behemoth of a camera. But maybe we’re just a little less excited.

I’ve been a l loyal dedicated note user since the Galaxy Note 2, then the 4 and now I’m using the Galaxy Note 8. The 9 basically has the same camera and didn’t have much of an incentive for me to get rid of my Note 8 so I’m still using that one. Sad, but true! Bright daytime Photograph is my #1 factor in choosing Samsung’ s Note line of phones and they in the past have always came out on top…. If Samsung doesn’t get it together and upgrade to today technology (I. E. 64mp or at least the 48mp) I WILL be forced to choose the Huawei pro 30 simply because they are using the best camera chops available!
