Much like the BackBeats GO2, the GO3 boasts comfort levels unmatched by any other in-ear headphones. Its oddly-shaped earplugs do provide some sense of comfort, but after long hours of usage, it started to make my ears ache. Exceptional sound quality aside, the GO3 is great for short journeys and commutes that do not exceed three or four hours, depending on the tolerance level of your ears.
Music to my Ears
An upgrade to its predecessor the GO3 comes with custom speakers that are tuned to deliver vivid, hi-res audio whilst drowning out any outside noise; this is especially important when using public transportation. I for one, find this a great enhancement as I don’t have to pay attention to mindless chit-chat and just sink into my music without any disruptions.
POINT 1: Bring it Everywhere
Connected through a single cable, you can bring the GO3 anywhere and everywhere. Weighing at only 19 grams, it’s practically weightless so there’s no reason you won’t be lugging it around in your pocket.
POINT 2: Fast Charging
The micro USB port is hidden behind the right earcup. You will have to charge for about two hours to get the most out of the GO3.
