With the Apple iPhone X launching today, we’re sure there are plenty of people already getting their hands on it. If you’re reading this through your new iPhone X, Machines has a deal for you with its Machines Protection Plan (MPP).
The MPP provides protection from accidental damages like cracked screens or water damage. It also allows customers to replace a cracked screen for free or have a full device replacement in a two-year coverage plan. The MPP is available for the iPhone SE until the iPhone X so even older generation iPhones can benefit from this package. The entire Apple Watch series is also part of the MPP.
Here are the price breakdowns for each device covered through MPP:
- Apple Watch – RM299
- iPhone SE/6 – RM299
- iPhone 6S/6S Plus – RM599
- iPhone 7/7 Plus – RM599
- iPhone 8/8 Plus – RM599
- iPhone X – RM899
One important aspect of the MPP to take note of is that there will be a service fee will be charged if you are going through a full device replacement claim. For example, for a full iPhone SE replacement, you will have to pay a service fee of RM299, on top of the MPP replacement cost of the iPhone SE at RM299.

As mentioned earlier, screen replacements are free if you are under the MPP. However, battery replacements do come with a fee of RM49 only across all devices. This is only applicable to the iPhones and not to the Apple Watch.
