Putrajaya’s Platform 3 on the MRT line is currently out of service due to unknown reasons, leading to a gathering of people and causing disruptions in traffic flow in the area.

However, swift action by the authorities helped alleviate the situation.

The auxiliary police intervened and managed the crowd, taking proactive measures to inform that the MRT has been rerouted – platform 4 of the MRT Kwasa Damansara as an alternative to the unavailable Platform 3.

This strategic decision aimed to minimize inconvenience and maintain the transit service despite the unexpected closure.
