Palit Releases Fanless GTX1050 Ti. Pair it with This Case for Silent 1080p60fps Gaming!

Palit may not be everyone’s first choice for NVIDIA cards, but they sure know how to innovate. Their latest offering takes the GTX 1050Ti, a fine budget card for 1080p gaming, and strips it of its fans. Instead, a large passive ‘KALMX’ cooler is attached. This is a first for the GTX 1050Ti, but not for Palit, who have done the same thing before with the GTX 750Ti.

The usage of a passive cooler makes it a 0dB card – staying absolutely silent (there may still be coil whine) while transfering heat through its copper base and two nickel plated heat pipes to a sizeable stack of nickel plated fins. This version of the GTX 1050Ti lacks external power, so it will not be the most powerful variant, nor will overclocking be a viable option. But what could be possible is a 100% silent build with Streacom’s DB4 – itself a fanless ITX case that uses its own body as a CPU heatsink. Check out the pictures below:
