As many industry predictions go, Intel is not going to concede market share to its immediate rival; its next step will be to put out the Next-Gen 8-Core Intel Coffee Lake CPU. While it’s all rumours for now, leak roadmaps confirm that a new Intel Core is coming out soon.

According to VideoCardz, this leaks are credible as they confirm that Santa Clara may be looking at a summer roll-out. Further reinforcing these findings is the 3DMark latest benchmark scores that acts as a big tip off ; indeed, the next-gen 8-Core Intel Coffee Lake is now going through trials.
Right now, Intel hasn’t confirm the plausibility of this data. Furthermore, it doesn’t confirm if this so-called ‘Intel 8-Core Coffee Lake S’ in the snapshots is part of the current line-up. Some believe it could be part of new Intel Core series, Intel 9th Generation or otherwise.

If anything, the world should be hearing something from Intel soon. After all, AMD did confirm it will be rolling out the AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation in April 2018; it’s only a matter of when for Team Blue.
