New Country Head To Drive Grab Forward

Looks like Grab is gearing to go big with their entry into 2 wheel pick-up to the extent of moving current Country Lead  for Grab Jaygan Fu to helm the deputy head regional post for 2 wheel.

As for the 4 wheel segment Sean Goh will effectively take over the role from Jaygan and continue to grow the business. He brings with him valuable experience in corporate growth, business operations and commercial strategy across Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region thanks to his background in strategy consulting and investment banking at Bain & Company, JP Morgan and the Macquarie Group.

After graduating with a law degree at the top of his class from the London School of Economics, Sean went on to complete the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme.

“I drive Southeast Asia forward by pushing hard for the things that my fellow Malaysians care about – safer, convenient, affordable and better transportation for us all,” affirmed Sean.

Being a tech-savvy fellow, Sean is excited about a near future where he can simply ask Alexa or Siri to Grab him a ride for a chilled night out.

Grab is in a massive expansion plan across the region, committing heavy investment in Indonesia that has 10x the population size compared to Malaysia, GrabBike is being seen as the next breakthrough for the ride hailing start-up.
