MSI Launching New Line-up For QD-OLED Gaming Monitors

MSI is set to launch a new line of QD-OLED gaming monitors on 6th January.

These OLED monitors have become the preferred choice for high-end gaming, and MSI aims to keep gamers at the forefront of gaming experiences with its new QD-OLED lineup.

All the models in this new lineup will feature the latest generation of QD-OLED panels, and they will be available in both curved and flat models. These monitors are designed with precise pixel lighting control and the ability to deliver true black scenes.

To enhance screen protection and reduce the risk of OLED panel damage during extended use, MSI has upgraded its OLED Care 2.0 technology.

Furthermore, these monitors feature a fanless design that utilizes the exceptional thermal conductivity of Graphene for efficient and silent heat dispersion, ultimately extending the lifespan of the QD-OLED panels.

MSI’s QD-OLED technology will be showcased in two outstanding curved models:

  • MAG 341CQP QD-OLED: This model is equipped with a 34-inch UWQHD QD-OLED 1800R curved panel, offering gamers an immersive gaming experience with a rapid 0.03ms GTG response time and a 175Hz refresh rate.
  • MPG 491CQP QD-OLED: This monitor features a 49-inch DQHD 1800R panel, providing an immersive experience with the latest QD-OLED panel, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 0.03ms GTG response time. Both models are VESA-certified for ClearMR 9000 and DisplayHDR True Black 400, ensuring exceptional motion blur visuals and vivid images. Enhanced OLED Care 2.0 services reduce the risk of OLED burn-in, and the thermal design is optimized. The monitors are powered by MSI Gaming Intelligence with AI technology, offering features like Smart Crosshair, Night Vision AI, Optix Scope, and more.

For console gamers, the monitors include HDMI 2.1 ports with full 48Gbps bandwidth, support for 120Hz, VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode).

MSI Console mode incorporates CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) for easier device control, and Type-C functionality enhances connectivity with mobile devices.

In addition to the curved models, MSI will also release a range of flat QD-OLED monitors, catering to gamers’ preferences. These monitors vary in size and specifications, providing options from mainstream 27-inch WQHD 360Hz to 32-inch 4K 240Hz models.

MSI’s QD-OLED flat displays are designed to enhance visual and speed performance for FPS games and AAA games. All these products come with MSI OLED Care 2.0, a fanless design for extended OLED panel lifespan, MSI Gaming Intelligence AI features, up to 90W Type-C connectivity, and full support for MSI console mode.
