Motorola Unveils Foldable Phone, FIFA Edition Device And Unified AI

Motorola debuted its first book-style foldable device, the Motorola Razr Fold, alongside the FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition and a unified AI ecosystem during Lenovo Tech World at CES 2026.

The Motorola Razr Fold introduces a new foldable form factor, offering a 6.6-inch external display and an immersive 8.1-inch 2K LTPO internal screen.

It supports flexible layouts, adaptive interfaces, and the Moto Pen Ultra stylus, aiming to enhance productivity, multitasking, and entertainment. The device features a triple 50MP camera array and a 32MP external selfie camera, with Dolby Vision® recording and advanced video stabilisation.

Motorola also announced Motorola Qira, a unified AI ecosystem that consolidates Moto AI, Lenovo AI Now, Creator Zone, and Learning Zone into a single system.

Qira integrates with partners including Microsoft 365, Qualcomm, Intel, Google, and Perplexity, allowing AI to synchronise across devices, anticipate user needs, and maintain context between tasks.

In addition, Motorola showcased Project Maxwell: AI Perceptive Companion, a proof-of-concept wearable designed to interact hands-free with the user’s environment. The device captures audio-visual data in real time and provides contextual recommendations, such as summarising conference sessions or automating tasks, while remaining fully integrated with Motorola Qira.

Fans of football will see the Motorola Razr FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition released in February, featuring AI-powered cameras, an intelligent external display, a titanium-reinforced hinge with IP48 protection, and a 4,500mAh battery.

The device includes FIFA-themed wallpapers, ringtones, and photo watermarks, marking Motorola’s continued role as the Official Smartphone Partner of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™.

Motorola also expanded its ecosystem during CES 2026, introducing the Moto Watch, Moto Pen Ultra, and Moto Tag 2, integrating wellness tracking, creative tools, and connected experiences across devices with premium designs and Pantone-curated colours.
