MDEC, Iverson and Cloudera have also jointly announced the entry of 5 more universities, Sunway University, Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) into the Cloudera Academic Partnership (CAP) programme. With two universities, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Multimedia University (MMU) already joined the CAP programme much earlier.
